Project Summary

Our team was engaged by the Town of Paradise to re-imagine the future of Paradise Park and shape a bold, community-driven vision for one of the Town’s most important public spaces.

Through in-depth site analysis, recreation trend research, and a comprehensive review of municipal plans and policies, the team developed a strong understanding of the park’s opportunities and constraints. Central to the process was meaningful public engagement - connecting with residents, user groups, youth, staff, and Council through workshops, pop-ups, surveys, and stakeholder sessions to ensure the plan reflected the community’s aspirations.

Building on this foundation, we crafted a clear vision and guiding principles for the park, translating community ideas into a cohesive master plan complete with concept designs, visual renderings, accessibility strategies, and a phased implementation framework with cost estimates. The result is a forward-looking roadmap that positions Paradise Park as a vibrant, inclusive, and year-round destination - celebrating its unique history while creating new opportunities for recreation, connection, and community life.
